Tournament Regulations 2016

art. 1
There will be 2 groups with 6 teams each. Teams will compete each other during the group matches..
Duration of each match: 15 min.
There is no half time and change of sides. Teams from 1 to 4 of each group will play the Quarterfinals against 4 to 1 of the other group. Winner of group 1 will play the the team, placed fourth in group 2. The team placed second in the group will play the team which is placed third in the other group. The winners of the Quarterfinals will play the Semi-finals. The teams loosing the Quarterfinals, will go on penalties to be placed in the final ranking.
For loosing teams, the ranking after the Quarterfinals will be like that: first the goal difference is important, after that the goals which have been scored. There will be no prolongation in the semi-finals or in the match for place 3 and 4. If there is a draw, the decision will be brought immediately by 9m penalties. A prolongation of 2x3 min. is only possible in the final match.

art. 2
Every player who is born after january the 1st of 1999 and is permitted to play for his club by his football association, is automatically entitled to participate in the tournament. Player passes are compulsory. Players of foreign teams, who do not have a player pass, are bound to show an official personal document (i.e. passport). By the rule of the football association of Württemberg, every player who is not able to identify himself by these two ways, is not permitted to participate.

art. 3
Number of players: 4 players, 1 goalkeeper. Up to 15 players can be nominated. On both tournament days all players have to be listed on the green Players Card, which will be  forwarded to the teams by the tournament organisation. Please hand over this Player Card, together with the player passes to the tournament supervisor not later than 30 min. before the beginning of the first match each day.
Players who are listed on the green Players card and have shown their player pass are official members of the team and have to follow the referee´s instructions.

art. 4
Games will be played according to the regulations of the football association of Württemberg. Fairness and good behaviour is extremely important for players and coaches. The first named team will kick-off and is placed left hand side the tournament officials. If necessary, the second named team will change the jersey.

art. 5
Players can be substituted frequently and whenever wanted.
The Gaildorf indoor-playing field features a skating-rink type barrier. If the ball is going out of bounds at the side lines, it has to be kicked in again. If the ball will pass the bounds of the outer goal line, the match will be continued by a corner or goal-kick / dropping. Off-side rule is not in effect.


art. 6
If after the qualification two or more teams are tied, the following criteria will determine which team will go on:
•    Goal average
•    Goals scored
•    Goals received
If two or more teams are still tied, the winner will be determined by a penalty shoot out.

art. 7
Place 5 to 12 will be decided by  penalty shoot out. For the shoot out, the executing players and goalkeeper have to respect the following regulations:
Each team in turn has 5 tries. If after these 5 shots each, there is still no decision, the penalty shoot out continues till there is a decision.
During the execution of the shoot out, the goalkeeper of the executing team has to stay outside of the penalty area without interfering in any way.
The player is only allowed to shoot one time. If the goalkeeper touches the ball, so that the ball cannot enter the goal by itself, no goal is scored and the action is completed.
If the ball, after being touched by the goalkeeper, enters the goal, the score is valid. The player is not allowed to play the ball a second time, if the goalkeeper has already touched it.  

art. 8
A player, sent of the field by the referee (red card) is automatically disqualified for the whole tournament. If the player is sent of with a time penalty, he can enter again after 2 min. During that time, there is no permission, given to an other player to complete the team.

art. 9
The tournament organisation do not take over responsibility for any kind of accidents during the tournament as well as for financial consequences arising there from. Each team is responsible for ist own accident insurance. We are not liable for valuable lost. Special indoor boots with a bright sole have to be used.

art. 10
The goalkeeper is causing a free-kick, whenever he is touching the ball, being passed by his own team mate per foot. Same happens, whenever the goalkeeper will safe the ball with his hands after kicking in the ball by one of his team mates. The goalkeeper is not allowed to cross the middle line. To score a goal, out of his own half, is still possible.

art. 11
Sliding tackling is forbidden in general. For such tackling out of the box there is a free kick as continue of the match, inside the box it is a penalty. Free kicks indoor, are always in-direct. Please be informed, that shin guards are required.
