Turnierbestimmungen 2020

Artikel 1
Gespielt wird in 2 Gruppen zu je 6 Mannschaften. Jeder gegen jeden.
Die Spielzeit beträgt 15 Minuten ohne Seitenwechsel.
Die jeweils 1. bis 4. Platzierten bestreiten das Viertelfinale. Die Gewinner aus den Viertelfinalspielen ziehen ins Halbfinale ein. Die Verlierer gehen ins Neunmeterschießen um die Platzierungen. Die Verlierer werden nach Tordifferenz und danach nach geschossenen Toren in den Platzierungsspielen gesetzt. Die Halbfinalspiele werden ebenso, wie das Spiel um Platz 3 und 4 nicht verlängert. Bei unentschiedenem Spielausgang findet sofort ein 9m Schießen statt. Verlängert wird nur das Endspiel um 2x3 Minuten.

Artikel 2
Stichtag für die Spielberechtigung ist der 01.01.2003.
Es besteht Passzwang. Spieler von ausländischen Mannschaften, die keine Spielerpässe vorlegen können, müssen sich mit einem amtlichen Dokument ausweisen können (z.B. Reisepass). Der WFV weist in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hin, dass Spieler, die sich nicht ausweisen können, nicht eingesetzt werden dürfen.

Artikel 3
Anzahl der Spieler: 4 Feldspieler und 1 Torwart. Es können bis zu 15 Spieler gemeldet werden. Sämtliche Spieler sind jeweils an beiden Turniertagen in der grünen Spielerkarte aufzuführen, die den teilnehmenden Vereinen vom Veranstalter gestellt wird. Diese Spielerkarte ist mit den Spielerpässen spätestens eine halbe Stunde vor Beginn des ersten Turnierspiels bei der Turnieraufsicht abzugeben.
Alle Spieler, die auf der Spielerkarte eingetragen sind und an der Passkontrolle teilgenommen haben, gehören zur Mannschaft und unterliegen der Machtbefugnis der Schiedsrichter.

Artikel 4
Es gelten die Durchführungsbestimmungen des WFV für Hallenspiele. Es wird großer Wert auf die Fairness und das Benehmen der Spieler und Betreuer gelegt. Anstoß hat die erst genannte Mannschaft. Die erstgenannte Mannschaft spielt links der Turnierleitung. Trikottausch wird bei Notwendigkeit von der zweitgenannten Mannschaft durchgeführt.

Artikel 5
Das Ein- und Auswechseln von Spielern ist beliebig oft gestattet.
Für das Auswechseln muss keine Spielunterbrechung abgewartet werden.
Die Abseitsregel ist aufgehoben. Es wird in Gaildorf mit Rundbande gespielt. Wird der Ball seitlich über die Bande gespielt, so erfolgt eine Spielfortsetzung durch Einkicken. Beim Spiel über die Torbande wird der Ball durch Eckstoß bzw. Torabstoß/Torabwurf wieder ins Spiel gebracht. Die Halle kann daher nur beim Mitteleingang betreten werden.
Weisen 2 oder mehr Mannschaften dieselbe Punktzahl und Tordifferenz auf, so ist diejenige Mannschaft besser platziert, die mehr Tore erzielt, bzw. bei Gleichheit weniger erhalten hat. Ist auch die Zahl der erhaltenen Tore gleich, so findet ein 9m Schießen statt. Es gelten die Bestimmungen des WFV.

Artikel 6
Die Plätze 5 bis 12 werden durch ein 9m Schießen entschieden. Dabei treffen die Mannschaften entsprechend Ihrer Platzierung in der Gruppe bzw. nach dem erfolgten Viertelfinale (siehe Artikel 1) aufeinander:

Artikel 7
Bei einem geringfügigen unsportlichen Verhalten kann der Schiedsrichter einen Spieler einmal im Verlauf desselben Spieles für die Dauer von 2 Minuten des Feldes verweisen. Ein Spieler, der eine rote Karte erhalten hat, ist für den weiteren Verlauf des Turniers gesperrt.

Artikel 8
Der Veranstalter schließt jede Haftung für Unfälle im Spielbetrieb und für die daraus entstehenden finanziellen Folgen und Forderungen ausdrücklich aus. Die Unfall- und Krankenversicherung ist Sache des Teilnehmers.
Für Wertgegenstände - auch in den Kabinen - wird keine Haftung übernommen. Die Halle darf nur mit Schuhen, die eine helle Sohle besitzen, betreten werden.

Artikel 9
Die Spieler tragen während des gesamten Turniers die gleiche Rückennummer. Änderungen müssen zu Turnierbeginn der Turnieraufsicht, der Turnierleitung und den Schiedsrichtern mitgeteilt werden und schriftlich festgehalten werden.

Artikel 10
In der Halle findet die Zuspielregel Anwendung. Der Torwart verursacht einen Freistoß, wenn er den Ball mit der Hand berührt, den ein Mitspieler mit dem Fuß zugespielt hat. Gleiches gilt, wenn der Torwart von einem Mitspieler durch Einkicken, den Ball direkt erhalten hat. Der Torwart darf die Mittellinie nicht überschreiten. Aus der eigenen Spielhälfte kann ein Tor direkt erzielt werden.

Artikel 11
Das Hineingrätschen in den Spielen ist generell verboten. Geschieht dies ausserhalb des Strafraums, wird der gegnerischen Mannschaft ein indirekter Freistoss zugesprochen. Innerhalb des Strafraums gibt es Strafstoß. Freistösse sind generell indirekt auszuführen.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Schienbeinschoner zu tragen sind.

Tournament Regulations 2020

art. 1
there will be 2 groups with 6 teams each. Teams will compete each other during the group stage.
Playing time each match: 15 min. without half time and change of sides. Teams 1 to 4 each group will play the quarterfinals against 4 to 1 the other group. Winner group A will play the the team, placed fourth in group B. The team placed second in the group will play the team which is placed third in the other group. Winners of the quarterfinals will play the semi-finals. Teams loosing the quarterfinals, will go on penalties to be placed in the final ranking.
For loosing teams, the ranking after the quarterfinals will be like that: first the goal difference is important, after that the goals which have been scored. There will be no prolongation in the semi-finals or in the match for place 3 and 4. If there is a draw, the decision will be brought immediately by 9m penalties. A prolongation of 2x3 min. is only possible in the final match.

art. 2
Every player who is born after january the 1st of 2003 and is permitted to play for his club by his football association, is automatically entitled to participate the tournament. Player passes are compulsory. Players of foreign teams, who do not have a player pass, are bound to show an official personal document (i.e. passport). By the rule of the football association of Württemberg, every player who is not able to identify himself these two ways, is not permitted to participate.

art. 3
Number of players: 4 players, 1 goalkeeper. Up to 15 players can be nominated. Both tournament days all players have to be listed on the green Players Card, which will be handed over to all teams by the tournament organisation. Player Card, together with the player passes have to forwarded to the tournament supervisor not later than 30 min. before the beginning of the first match.
Players who are listed on the green Players card and have shown their player pass are official members of the team and have to follow the referee´s instructions.

art. 4
Games will be played according to the regulations of the football association of Württemberg. Fairness and good behaviour is extremely important for players and coaches. The first named team will kick-off and is placed left hand side the tournament officials. If necessary, the second named team will change the jersey.

art. 5
Players can be substituted frequently and whenever wanted without time out. The Gaildorf indoor-playing field features a skating-rink type barrier. If the ball is going out of bounds at the side lines, it has to be kicked in again. If the ball will pass the bounds of the outer goal line, the match will be continued by a corner or goal-kick / dropping. Off-side rule is not in effect.

art. 6
If after the qualification two or more teams are tied, the following criteria will determine which team will go on:
Goal average
Goals scored
Goals received
If two or more teams are still tied, the winner will be determined by a penalty shoot out.

art. 7
Place 5 to 12 will be decided by  penalty shoot out. For the shoot out, the executing players and goalkeeper have to respect the following regulations:
Each team in turn has 5 tries. If after these 5 shots each, there is still no decision, the penalty shoot out continues till there is a decision
During the execution of the shoot out, the goalkeeper of the executing team has to stay outside of the penalty area without interfering in any way.
The player is only allowed to shoot one time. If the goalkeeper touches the ball, so that the ball cannot enter the goal by itself, no goal is scored and the action is completed.
If the ball, after being touched by the goalkeeper, enters the goal, the score is valid. The player is not allowed to play the ball a second time, if the goalkeeper has already touched it.  

art. 8
A player, sent of the field by the referee (red card) is automatically disqualified for the whole tournament. If the player is sent of with a time penalty, he can enter again after 2 min. During that time, there is no permission, given to an other player to complete the team.

art. 9
The tournament organisation do not take over responsibility for any kind of accidents during the tournament as well as for financial consequences arising there from. Each team is responsible for ist own accident insurance. We are not liable for valuable lost. Special indoor boots with a bright sole have to be used.

art. 10
The goalkeeper is causing a free-kick, whenever he is touching the ball, being passed by his own team mate per foot. Same happens, whenever the goalkeeper will safe the ball with his hands after kicking in the ball by one of his team mates. The goalkeeper is not allowed to cross the middle line. To score a goal, out of his own half, is still possible.

art. 11
Sliding tackling is forbidden in general. For such tackling out of the box there is a free kick as continue of the match, inside the box it is a penalty. Free kicks indoor, are always in-direct. Please be informed, that shin guards are required.
